Like millions of other die-hard fans of Harry Potter, Paul and I made the pilgrimage to the local cineplex on Saturday to catch the final installment of the hugely successful series, "Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows". Many will knit-pick about details from the book that might have been left out of the film. To them I say, get a life.
The final installment of the series did not disappoint. For the hard core devotees who have read and reread all the books and watched all the movies three dozen times, there were no surprises, except for how cute Neville Longbottom got since the last film.
As expected, Deathly Hallows smashed all previous box office records, raking in $168.5 million in its opening weekend. I don't usually get caught up in the hype over Hollywood blockbusters, but this one is well worth a look. J.K. Rowling ties up all the loose ends very nicely and the final battle scene at Hogwarts is not to be missed.
