My mother always said, "You don't shit where you eat." (She also had a few things to say about wire hangers.)
The Interwebs are abuzz with reports that comedian Chelsea Handler, star of late night talk show, "Chelsea Lately" on E!, has reportedly kicked her boyfriend/boss, Comcast CEO Ted Harbert out of the house.
The couple had been together for about three years leading to speculation about how Handler got her job at E!, which is owned by Comcast.
Honestly, if her goal was to sleep her way to the top, Chelsea could have aimed higher than basic cable.
Personally, I love me some Chelsea. She's genuinely funny and I love her slant on life, show-biz and celebutards. Her book, "Are you there Vodka? It's me Chelsea." is a must read for anyone who's from New Jersey, had a screwed-up family, and left it all behind to make a life of their own.
The stand-up comic/chat show host told People Magazine "I only comment on other people's lives, not my own."
Of course, in late night talk show splits, it's always the sidekicks that suffer, which begs the question," Who'll get custody of Chuy?"
