The Park Hosts Miss Gay Roanoke Pageant Sunday Night

Looking for something to do this weekend in the Star City? Roanoke's premier dance bar once again plays host to the annual Miss Gay Roanoke Pageant. The following info is from The Park's facebook events page, which says the show starts at 10 p.m. sharp, but keep in mind the ladies are on Drag Queen Standard Time.

The annual Ms. Gay Roanoke contest will be held March 21, 2010 at The Park. Contestants must arrive by 2:00 p.m. for registration followed immediately by male interview. Pre-judging of Independence Modeling and Evening Gown will be at the bar before the doors open to the public at 9:00 p.m. The pageant will begin at 10:00 p.m. SHARP.

Entertainment will be provided by : Mercedes Alexander, current reigning Ms. Gay Roanoke, Melissa Lane (former Ms. United States), Enya Salad (former Ms. Gay Roanoke) and MORE!
