I just love all the teen drama on Glee this season. On this week's episode, bad boy Puck had to shave his mohawk because of a possible scalp condition. Without his hair, he lost his mojo and became to target of all the geeks he used to pick on. To get his groove back he decides he's got to date Mercedes, who has become the most popular girl in school since joining Cheerios, which pisses off teen diva-slut Savannah.
The moral of this episode is to be yourself. Young, gay Kurt also learned that lesson the hard way when he tried to butch it up in order to get his dad's attention. Kurt's dad is dating hot guy Finn's mom and is spending a lot of quality time with Finn, who has never known his own father. Kurt, feeling like he's a disappointment to his father, decides he's got to up his machismo and starts dressing redneck, dates a slutty cheerleader and sings a rendition of John Mellencamp's "Little Pink Houses" saying he admires Mellencamp's bold sense of style. His dad tells him about the song, "You know it's not about that, right?"
There were lots of great moments in the episode, but the best has got to be the musical face-off between Mercedes and Savannah over boy-skank Puck.
