My brother's hair looked a lot like Paco's during the summer of '72. My sister used to cut our hair  when we were growing up and she decided to test a new hair highlighter spray called "Sun In" on my older brother before she tried it on herself. You sprayed it on your hair then sat in the sun to activate it.

All the neighborhood girls loved it. What can I say? It was the 70's.
