This week's New Wave Wednesday pick is the classic Talking Heads' cover of the Al Green R&B classic "Take Me to the River". When I think of New Wave music, Talking Heads is the first band that comes to mind. The band, under the leadership of David Byrne, defined the sound of the late 70's/early 80's pop music scene.
