Updates will be running a little late today. Another early doctor's appointment for my back issues. Arthritis in the lower spine has been causing sciatic pain. The pain meds have been messing with my head, so I'm asking the doc to re-evaluate the situation.
Yes, I know, stretching and exercise. I have a series of stretches that I do, but I also have a job that requires a lot of lifting. Getting old sucks! Don't do it if you can help it.
